Bozal Cuishe Mezcal (750ml / 47.0%)
An agave you can't miss. Cuishe is one of the most physically distinct agaves with a single stalk and leaves spreading from the top. It has a firmer pina in the stalk which makes it difficult to harvest and work with. It producers a very intense but dry citrus and mineral flavours.
AROMA: The aroma is vibrant, with fruity and floral notes dominating. with green banana, passion fruit, watermelon, carnation, and rose most apparent
TASTE: Driven by intense citrus and strong minerality, the Cuishe has a dry entry. As is experienced in the rich tropical fruit on the palate that moves to sweet potato on the front. Green vegetal notes in the mouth and a dry smoky finish then follow. A complex flavour profile that proves quite enjoyable.
