Los Siete Misterios was born from a trip the founders took in 2010. Inspired by the traditions, culture, and passion of the distilleries they visited, they embarked on connecting this "lost world" with the present time. Los Siete Misterios are a family comprised of the Founders, the Maestros Mezcaleros and the broader Oaxacan communities that work together to bring you a perfectly refined spirit. Los Siete Misterios is also committed to supporting the micro economies in which the distilleries are located.

Tobala is an incredibly unique agave species. It presents many challenges including only being reproduced by seed as there are no rhizomes. Mezcaleros have to trek through rough and steep terrain to locate tobala crops to harvest. The sensational flavour that it presents in a mezcal makes it the jewel in the crown for many brands including Los Siete Misterios.

AROMA: Wet clay on the nose. Vegetal earthy notes with a sweet fruity undertone.
TASTE: Earth and agave notes at first, then a rich sweetness thanks to the Tobala. Lemon zest, roasted vanilla, cloves, and clay. Delicious!
