In the desert Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, 250 acres of land has been handed down from generation to generation for more than 200 years. Today, this is the land of Riazul – a silky, smooth tequila made from 100% blue agave, honouring the heritage of the land and celebrating the independent spirit of its people. After two distillations, this plata is rested for 15 days in neutral oak rounding out the alcohol and underpinning the exquisit finish.AROMA: Unique aromas and flavours indigenous to the Jalisco highlands.
TASTE: Bold in flavour, earthy, herbal, buttery, agave, hints of vanilla, and floral.
BARREL: Pure and transparent, barreled for 15 days in Neutral Oak Barrels following distillation before being bottled.
