Description

Calle 23 is the brainchild of French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq. She sources her agave's from the highlands of Jalisco between the town of Tepatitlan and Arandas. She double distills each expression seperately. Using her science background, she has perfected the art of tequila production, with a huge emphasis on the yeast that is used during fermentation.

Multiple award-winning including Double Gold and Gold at the San Francisco spirit competition.

AROMA: Cooked agave, green apple, mint and vanilla
TASTE: Notes of agave and citrus. Apples and pears with a soft lingering finish
BARREL: Bottled after distillation
