Los Siete Misterios Espadin Mezcal (750ml / 46%)

Los Siete Misterios was born from a trip the founders took in 2010. Inspired by the traditions, culture, and passion of the distilleries they visited, they embarked on connecting this "lost world" with the present time. Los Siete Misterios are a family comprised of the Founders, the Maestros Mezcaleros and the broader Oaxacan communities that work together to bring you a perfectly refined spirit. Los Siete Misterios is also committed to supporting the micro economies in which the distilleries are located.

This espadin mezcal was the first in the Los Siete Misterios line up. It is incredibly special being both hand mashed and distilled in clay pot. Produced out of Sola de Vega it exhibits a sweeter and spicier profile.

AROMA: Smoked sweet fruits. Some floral notes, herbs and freshly cut grass
TASTE: The sweet fruits follow through in the mouth. A suble smoke is present and there some spice on the backend, perhaps pepper or chilli. Earthy herbal notes are also detected.
ENJOY: Sipping tequila is enjoyed slowly and with friends
