Pueblo Viejo tequila is 100% agave, all of which are sourced from the rich red soils of the highlands of Jalisco. Cooked for 48 hours at 90 degrees ensures the starch is slowly turned in to fermentable sugars and the flavours of the agave intensified. The bases for brilliant tequila.
