Made with agave Cenizo from the Durangensis family it is wild and typically harvested from the hillsides of Durrango. Cenizo thrives in cool and dry conditions and can be found at altitudes of up to 8500ft.
AROMA: This Cenizo opens with bright aromas of orange peel and floral notes.
TASTE: The palate is driven by big flavours of mesquite and sweet barbequed meats. Hints of dark chocolate and cocoa complement the slight smokiness on a smooth and long finish.
ENJOY: Slowly. Sit by the bbq or grill and enjoy this in summer.
