Bozal mezcal is handmade using artisanal methods and produced from the agave Tobasiche which is a subset of the Karwinskii family of agave. It has suprisingly sweet notes and a thick, delicious mouthfeel. The azul, or blue, ceramic bottle of the Tobasiche Single Maguey is used to signify the single variety of agaves used in production.
TASTE: This bouquet is complimented by rich herbaceous botanicals on the finish. A thick and oily mouthfeel.
ENJOY: Let this one open up in the glass for a few minutes. The difference is well worth it.
