Dixeebe Espadin Edition #3 Mezcal (375ml / 48.8%)
Dixeebe Espadin is produced by Valentin Cortes in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. The maguey Espadin (Agave angustifolia) used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, and double distilled in a copper still.
Only 2080 bottles produced world wide. Only 276 allocated to Australia.
These are produced in very small quantities and some may never be produced again.
AROMA: Buttery and lush with a greenish herbal notes.
TASTE: A smooth espadin that has great subtlety and subdued flavours. Lovely sweetness that brings some chocolate flavours along with clove.
ENJOY: Sipping mezcal is enjoyed slowly and with friends.
