Bozal Ensamble Mezcal (750ml / 47%)
Description
A light blend of Espadīn, Barril and Mexicano magueys crafted into a slightly smoky, herbaceous and citrus forward mezcal. The light ochre hue of the bottle is meant to echo the light and delicate blend.
TASTE: A slightly smoky, yet efflorescent undertone rests on the center of the palate, while citrus and floral notes from the Barrilare introduced and strengthened by the warm viscose finish of the Mexicano.
ENJOY: Let this one open up in the glass for a few minutes. The difference is well worth it.
