Clase Azul Ultra is crafted from the finest agaves after 9 years in the field. Roasted for 72 hours in horno ovens, they are crushed and fermented with proprietary yeast before begining their journey of transformation. The distilled tequila is is aged for five years in previously used sherry wood casks from Spain, which gives Clase Azul Ultra its unique, refined character.
TASTE: Silky, rich and full bodied. Nuances of cinnamon, almond, vanilla, fruits and a rich, earthy balance.
